Earthworm Moon

Earthworm moon is frankly unglamorous. There is a part of every grand project, that is just dirty work, and not quite what we pictured when we got started. Some of the most beautiful things in life come with the most mess.

I am embarking on a life long dream of designing a fashion collection, and a lot of that involves me staring at a computer screen scratching my head in frustration, seemingly making no progress. I'm about to dye eight yards of fabric in my backyard, and one of the things I love about dying fabric is that I never really know what I'm going to end up with, but it's also really scary.

Earthworms dig down in the dark parts. They chew up and spit out whatever they find, and turn it into something fertile. They create a place for all things lovely and nourishing to grow.

I like to share helpful tips and mindsets to make everything neat and easier, but sometimes the work is just hard. I don't know what thing you are in the middle of. A project to share or the inner work of healing and growing your spirit. Just know that I am here with you, getting messy, not knowing the next step, one minute manic with inspiration, and the next paralyzed by doubt, but we can do hard things, especially when we do them together. I know that each on of us is stuck in something right now, and this community is birthing a new world.
